There are no refunds unless a title change of property takes place. If that occurs refunds will be given at the following rates:
- October: 95%
- November: 90%
- December: 85%
- January – April: 50%
After April 30th no refund is given. Hunter fees will be refunded at 50% should this scenario occur.
